Welcome to PILLAR

Located in Laredo, Texas, PILLAR is a community-based nonprofit dedicated to providing accessible, high-quality behavioral health, substance use, primary medical care, and sexual health services to individuals and families throughout our community and the surrounding areas. Our mission is to provide readily accessible care in an environment built on compassion, respect, dignity, and well-being for all.

At PILLAR, we believe that no one should have to face life's challenges alone. We meet people where they are, listen without judgment, and provide the support, guidance, and resources they need to move toward healthier and more fulfilling lives. Through integrated services and a whole-person approach to care, we address the physical, emotional, behavioral, and sexual health needs of the people we serve.

PILLAR also uses evidence-based interventions and prevention strategies to help adults and youth who may be at increased risk for behavioral health challenges, substance use, HIV and other sexually transmitted infections, and other health-related concerns. Through multiple prevention programs, community outreach, education, early intervention, and supportive services, we work to reduce risk, strengthen protective factors, increase health awareness, and connect people to care before challenges become crises.
