Due to the public health concern with COVID-19 and in following local mandates and CDC recommendations, PILLAR in the interest of protecting everyone’s health is adopting the following changes for public services.
Everyone entering the building will be provided with a mask. If you are experiencing fever, cough, shortness of breath you will not be allowed in the building but we can help you via tele-counseling or by phone.

HIV/STD Testing Services: Please call the office in advance so that we may conduct a preliminary screening and determine if testing is needed. If testing is needed, an appointment will be scheduled. Most likely you will be seen the same day you make the appointment.
Regular Counseling Services: Please call the office in advance so that we may schedule an appointment. Services are for any person 5 years of age and older. All session may be conducted via tele-counseling, telephone or in person. PILLAR accepts most insurances to include Medicaid.
Federal Probation Clients: Counseling sessions will be provided by telephone at your scheduled appointment. You may come in for drug testing on your designated day during the new business hours.
Project Bridges: Please call the office in advance so that we may conduct a preliminary screening and determine if testing is needed. If testing is needed, an appointment will be scheduled.
